PS2-176. The two .word 0x42000010 workarounds in handler.S go back to rfe, now that llvm-toolchain v0.3.3 (ps2/llvm#5) assembles it. Both toolchains build ioptrap as an 0xFF80 IRX, and both modules contain the same rfe word (0x42000010) at the two sites.
