Simon Hochrein 18cfee4639 Add darwin/arm64 to the release packaging Upstream ninja-build/ninja ships ninja-mac.zip as a universal binary (confirmed via lipo -info: both x86_64 and arm64 slices in one file), so repackaging it costs nothing extra - same pattern as the existing windows/linux blocks. This repo builds the ninja component for ps2build
