v0.3.0 shipped without libiopmini and nothing in CI noticed. The sanity check now also fails when:

• a required library is missing (libc, libm, libc++, libc++abi, libpthread, both compiler-rt builtins, libiopmini);
• libiopmini lacks memset, memcpy, memmove or memcmp, or the builtins lack __emutls_get_address;
• libc++ was built without std::filesystem;
• libc, libm or libc++ call the soft-float __addsf3/__subsf3/__mulsf3/__divsf3 helpers;
• a thread_local program does not pull in the emulated TLS runtime;
• a C++ file including malloc.h and stdlib.h does not compile;
• IOP code has an R_MIPS_HI16 that is not followed directly by its R_MIPS_LO16.

All pass against the released v0.3.2 toolchain; the relocation check was also run on shared-lui code compiled without -mips-split-hi16, where it correctly fails.
