The v0.1.0 release run built and passed the sanity check, then failed at the license copy because the paths were build/llvm-project and build/newlib. The clones are build/llvm and build/newlib-llvm. Fixes the two paths; the later package jobs were skipped and have not run yet.

release.yml: fix the license paths for the source folder names ... 11ded7f655

The sources are cloned to build/llvm and build/newlib-llvm, so the license copy
failed after a passing build and skipped every later job.
