ps2build's generated .clangd bakes in the resolved compiler's own implicit include dirs, which are absolute paths rooted wherever $PS2DEV happens to be on whichever machine ran "ps2build generate" - in this case the real committed content included the author's own Windows username. It is written in C, designed to be small, efficient, highly customizable, and portable while capable of producing high-quality output (glyph images) of most vector and bitmap font formats. For using FreeType's git repository instead of a distribution bundle, please read file `README.git`.
