PS2-179. ps2dev_llvm.cmake (EE) and ps2dev_iop_llvm.cmake (IOP) build with clang and lld from $PS2DEV/llvm-toolchain against $PS2DEV/packages-llvm (falling back to packages). ps2_iop_irx() strips a linked module and runs iopfixup with --irx1.

Checked with the llvm-toolchain v0.3.1 install:

  • libogg and libvorbis build with their own unmodified CMakeLists.txt and install into packages-llvm/world.
  • An EE C++ program built through CMake links ogg and vorbis, uses std::thread and thread_local, and runs in PCSX2.
  • An IOP module built through CMake is a type 0xFF80 IRX; a CMake-built EE program loads it with SifExecModuleBuffer in PCSX2 and gets the expected module result.
