Renames the CMake project to modern (alias modern::ui), gates tests/examples on top-level builds, adds install/export rules, renames ENABLE_SANITIZERS to UI_ENABLE_SANITIZERS, adds an agent-oriented README. Verified: FetchContent consumer builds; 6/6 tests pass (Release). Generated with Claude Code.

Make library consumable via FetchContent as modern::ui; add README ... 4e7b55d400

Rename the CMake project to modern with a modern::ui alias, gate tests and
examples on being top-level, add install/export rules, rename the sanitizer
option to UI_ENABLE_SANITIZERS, and add an agent-oriented usage README.
